Guinness World Records for Inclusion
Breaking Barriers: Raúl Villalba and Ricardo Paván Set 18 Guinness Records and 18 World Records for Inclusion
On March 11, 2025, in Sebring, Florida, the extraordinary happened.
A powerful message of inclusion echoed through the world of sports as two remarkable individuals—Raúl Villalba, a visually impaired cyclist, and Ricardo Paván, president of the Growing for Inclusion Foundation—joined forces for a once-in-a-lifetime challenge.
Together, they set out to break multiple Guinness World Records and WUCA world records in just 24 hours—not just for the thrill of achievement, but to prove that with courage, teamwork, and belief in one another, anything is possible.
Their ride wasn’t just about distance—it was about showing the world that everyone deserves a place on the starting line.
The Core of Growing for Inclusion

Awareness
Through meaningful activities and shared stories, we help shine a light on developmental disorders, breaking down misconceptions and building understanding. Our goal is to inspire compassion, spark conversations, and empower people of all ages to become champions of neurodiversity and everyday agents of change.
Sports
More than just movement—our cognitive rehabilitation program uses the power of sports to heal, connect, and uplift. From cycling and triathlon to running and swimming, we create personalized, therapeutic training plans for children, teens, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and other neurological or genetic conditions. Every session is a step toward confidence, resilience, and joy.
Support (family & school)
Behind every thriving child is a team of caring adults—and we’re here to uplift them too. We offer hands-on guidance to families, caregivers, and educators, equipping them with tools and strategies that empower the children and students in their lives. Whether it’s navigating daily routines, encouraging communication, or supporting emotional development, we work side by side with those who know these kids best. Because when families and schools grow in confidence, kids grow in every way.
Therapy
Our team of expert therapists brings personalized care to every individual, specializing in areas like language, learning, executive functions, sensory integration, and socio- emotional skills. With a focus on rebuilding and strengthening the skills impacted by neurodevelopmental disorders, we’re dedicated to helping each person reach their full potential—one therapy session at a time.
Academic Initiatives
We offer a range of courses, workshops, and training sessions designed to equip specialists, educators, and families with the knowledge and tools they need to make a meaningful impact. Our programs cover key neurodevelopmental disorders, including Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and language challenges. We also provide therapists with certification in the innovative Grow method. Through continuous learning and research, we empower those on the front lines of support to create a more inclusive world.
Community (outreach & workforce)
We’re building a supportive, inclusive community by offering courses, workshops, and training that empower specialists, educators, families, and therapists. Through our outreach, we promote understanding and provide practical tools for addressing neurodevelopmental disorders, including Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and language challenges. We also certify therapists in the Grow method, ensuring a more connected and skilled workforce committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals and families.Growing for Inclusion
