Strategic director of Growing For Inclusion in Colombia

As the Strategic Director of Growing For Inclusion (GFI) in Colombia, Camila Santafé is responsible for representing and implementing the organization’s mission and vision through both theoretical and practical approaches. She remains committed to the core values of empathy and awareness that define GFI.

At the same time, she actively collaborates with other directors, working together to successfully execute GFI’s projects. Her role involves developing and implementing strategic plans for sports, community, social, awareness, and employment programs, always aligned with GFI’s overall goals and objectives.

Camila Santafé demonstrates leadership by sharing knowledge with other professionals and GFI team members. She supervises the activities and services implemented within GFI and collaborates with different professionals and organizations to develop joint plans that enhance the organization’s projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising activities and services implemented within GFI.
  • Collaborating with professionals and organizations to develop strategic plans for GFI’s projects.
  • Leading the marketing area to increase GFI’s visibility and engagement within the inclusion space (e.g., website, social media, fundraising events, donations).
  • Promoting the benefits of sports, leading by example and maintaining an active sports participation.

GFI Projects and Activities Involving the Director:

  • Individual training sessions.
  • Group training sessions with different cycling teams in Miami, Weston, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.
  • Races within and outside Florida.
  • Awareness events focused on inclusion.
  • Motivational talks.
  • Workshops on sports inclusion.
  • Personal care workshops (covering various areas).
  • Growth and management of GFI’s website and social media.
